You can reorganize your articles, folders and categories at anytime.


Once you have grouped individual articles under a particular folder, you can always undo that
and move them to another folder.


  1. Click on the Solutions tab and click on the folder that contains the solution you wish to
    reorganize. You can also locate solutions by typing out relevant words into the search
    all solutions search bar.

  2. Click on the solution you wish to reorganize and click the Edit button.

  3. From the folder drop down box, pick the folder you wish to move this solution to.

  4. Click on the Update button to save your changes.


You can also organize the articles in the list view of the Solutions tab. 

  1. Click on the article that you want to reorganize
  2. Select the Move to Folder button at the top of the list and select the folder from the drop-down list
  3. Click on Confirm to move the article to the newly selected folder.

You can only change the folder of the article if you have the permission to edit the selected article.
