Freshservice includes keyboard shortcuts that let you move around your service desk, work on tickets, and use Freddy AI without reaching for the mouse. Shortcuts are grouped below by function, with separate lists for Windows and Mac.
At any time, press Shift + ? to open the full shortcuts panel directly inside Freshservice — it always reflects the shortcuts available on your keyboard.
Shortcuts that use letters typed one after another (like g then t) work the same way on both Windows and Mac. The difference between operating systems is mainly in the Freddy AI shortcuts and a few view/navigation shortcuts, which use each OS's own modifier keys (Ctrl/Alt on Windows, ⌘/⌥ on Mac).

Good to know
Most shortcuts only work when you're not typing inside a text field — click outside any input box first.
Freddy AI shortcuts work while your cursor is inside a reply or note editor.
These shortcuts are designed for a Standard 101/102-key or Natural PS/2 keyboard on Windows, and the standard Apple keyboard layout on Mac.
