All Sandboxes running in older versions were detached from your production account starting 05 November 2025, and synchronization support for these accounts was removed.

While you were previously asked to delete these detached Sandboxes by 05 May 2026, this deadline has been extended to 05 November 2026. This extension allows you to continue using the detached Sandbox accounts as a reference for existing configurations.

What is the impact?

Since the older Sandbox accounts are already detached, their deletion will have no impact on your current operations.

What should you do?

Customers who have been informed about the deletion of their detached Sandbox accounts need to go to the Freshworks Organization page to complete the deletion process before 05 November 2026. Failure to do so, the detached Sandbox accounts will be auto-deleted on 05 November 2026.
