Use the settings at the Journey level to control various aspects of how the journey functions.
Note: Based on the configured permissions, the Journey Request Manager or Owner can access or update specific details in a journey as mentioned below.
Manage journey requests – Edit the journey request title (including placeholders), and assign the journey request to the appropriate workspace and agent group.
Manage permissions – use the checkboxes to define which activities can be skipped or updated by Journey Request Owners.
Can be Skipped – Allows the journey request owner to skip the activity for a specific journey request, if needed. Note that skipping is applicable only for non-mandatory activities.
Can be Updated – Applies only to activities of type Form Task. Note that for any activity type, the journey request owner can update basic details such as due date and assignee, if they have the Edit Journey Request permission, regardless of whether the activity is marked as "Can be Updated".
Close a journey request – Set cancellation criteria and configure auto-expiry settings to automatically close journey requests based on defined conditions.
Click Save to make changes to the settings.
