This section helps you create entry points for the common needs of your employees. The default cards in this section are:



  • Browse help articles - Access Knowledge base

  • Report an Issue - Raise a ticket

  • ServiceRequest a Servicem - Access service catalog

  • Request for a Change - Raise a change request

  • Approve requests - manage approvals

  • Onboard new hires - Raise onboarding requests

  • View Projects


Note: Change visibility, text, and text properties by clicking on the cards.
