Header Bar
The header bar is the top navigation bar that’s common across your portal pages.
Here’s what you can customize:
Upload your company logo
Add the link to which employees have to be redirected to
Add company name and phone number.
Note: Use the eye icon to hide configurations or make them visible to all users
Hero Banner
The hero banner is the first fold of your support portal page, with the welcome message and search bar.
Here’s what you can customize:
Background
Background color: Choose a background color to fill the banner with solid colors. Use the color picker to choose colors or input a Hex code.
Background image: If you want an image as a background, choose one from the pre-uploaded images or upload your own. You can choose to make the image fit the section or pick a custom size.
Welcome message
Click on the welcome message to edit it.
Add translations for languages that are added to your account settings
Change the spacing for the section as needed.
Text editor: Use this to format your welcome text. Update font properties - family, style, size, color, background color, alignment and more. You can also add links to the welcome message.
Add placeholders to make the message more personalized. For example: Hi, how can I help you <requester name>
