Description

Agent Management

  5. Add Agent(s) to a Group(s) by Email

Ticket Management

  • Create a Ticket

  • Copy Attachments –({{ticket.id_numeric}})

  • View a Ticket

  • Update a Ticket

  • Delete a Ticket


Prerequisites

To install and authenticate this app you will need to provide the following inputs

  • Freshdesk Domain - The domain of your Freshdesk Support Desk tenant. Example: yourcompany.freshdesk.com

  • Freshdesk API Key - Login to your Freshdesk Support Desk tenant. Click on your profile icon then "Profile Settings". In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key. For more information, refer to the link

  • Freshservice Domain - The domain of your Freshservice tenant. Example: yourcompany.freshservice.com

Freshservice API Key - Login to your Freshservice tenant. Click on your profile icon then "Profile Settings" on the right side pane, under "Your API Key" complete the captcha and copy your API key.
