Additional status for service request stages

Presently the Service Request stages are:


  • Requested
  • Delivered
  • Cancelled
  • Fulfilled
  • Partially Fulfilled

It would be beneficial for us to provide additional stage reports to our requestors with details such as:

  • Ordered from Vendor
  • Shipping
  • Processing
  • etc

I know we can reply back to the SR or add a note, but a drop down would allow our agents to quickly fill in our requestors with an update by simply using one of these new selection options.

This would be extremely useful to be able to quickly update tickets and filter what ticket have each stage. Even if this could be a custom attribute. Please implement!
