I really like the employee onboarding feature but it could use some tweaks.
First a couple easy ones that would help a lot:
Default the due date on the tickets created to be the start date for the new employee
Copy the hiring manager on the tickets created so they are aware of the ticket status
Allow us to add longer text descriptions to the service request items that the hiring manager can see to explain what those items are
A little more difficult one:
Provide a way to track the service request items with the user being onboarded. The idea being that we will eventually need to offboard them and it would be helpful to have a checklist of all the systems we need to de-provision their access.
