I know we can manually re-order the folder list within Solutions, but could we add the option to auto sort alphabetically?

There are a couple of areas that would benefit from this - the first is solution articles, the other is views lists for tickets, problems, changes etc. 

I agree, we would also like to see field sorting on ticket views as well as solutions
