Is it possible to integrate Splashtop further than the current SOS integration?
We use splashtop premium support and make very little use of the SOS functionality. However, we'd love to see the asset list from splashtop integrated into freshservice.
Splashtop also queries the antivirus status, windows updates, installed applications etc.
Being able to integrate Splashtop with the freshservice asset management, and being able to connect to a device through a ticket would be a great functionality.
