According to https://support.freshservice.com/support/solutions/articles/234479-organizing-articles I should be able to re-order solution articles, however I can't find a Reorder button within the Solutions section. Is there a way I can reorder the articles?
We are fixing this issue. Should be fixed before end of March.
March is almost over. Is there any update on this? Or maybe a workaround?
I understand this is an important feature. It's already in testing phase. This will be deployed next week.
