Unable to reorder solution article

According to I should be able to re-order solution articles, however I can't find a Reorder button within the Solutions section. Is there a way I can reorder the articles?

We are fixing this issue. Should be fixed before end of March.


March is almost over.  Is there any update on this? Or maybe a workaround?



I understand this is an important feature. It's already in testing phase. This will be deployed next week. 


Hi Indy,

The option to rearrange solutions is available. To do so, please follow the steps given below.

  1. Go to the Solutions module -> Open a Category -> Open a folder within the same.
  2. Click on the 3 dots on the top right
  3. Choose Reorder to drag and rearrange the solution articles in.
