Whenever I update a ticket in any way, I get the notification in the upper right corner of the window, such as "Note has been created". This is fine, but it's located over user interface elements for creating new tickets, switching to tasks, etc. Especially if three notifications are stacked, I either have to wait for them to time out or close them all, which is a frustrating experience, slowing down work.
This really gets in the way of closing one ticket and opening another.
Can this notification element be moved to the center of the screen or somewhere else where it's not covering up other interface elements?
We have spoken with the development team and a feature request has been created but this is not a high priority issue, so there is nothing in the works to fix this issue. We need more people to identify this as an issue to raise the severity and help prioritize this request.
