Agent restrictions for assigning to groups



at the moment, all agents & requester's in our freshservice can assign tickets to any group.


For example, we have a group called "Snapfulfil" which should only have specific agents that can assign tickets to it. However, all agents in freshservice can assign any ticket to this group. 


please can a setting in freshservice be added which allows us to block specific groups from appearing in the groups drop down for some agents, but allow other agents to still assign tickets to the group.
