I would like to be able to add static instructional text in the custom field section of a Service Catalog item. For example, detailed descriptions of the different options in the next field, or some kind of URL would be super helpful.
In another use case, I have a service request object that has several fields hidden because they are for the agent completing the request. However, the form will most often be filled in by other agents. If the submitting agent creates the SR via the "new ticket" button, then the fields that are hidden in the portal catalog are visible. If I had static text instructions, I could add "The fields below are for the fulfilling agent only".
