The ability to schedule tickets was earlier only available to admins who possess the "Play God with Super Admin controls" permission. We're now introducing a distinct permission for scheduling tickets, which would enable this ability to be granted in isolation.

You'll have to create a custom role, and grant/revoke the permission in it. Please contact our support team, they'll be able to guide you through the process.
We have not activated this new option, but Agents are able to schedule tickets. Can it be that some other option also allows the Scheduling of Tickets?
Agents would be able to schedule tickets if they're assigned roles that have either of these permissions:
