Ability to add note and update ticket.

Hello, Please could we get some implementation for the option to “add note and update ticket” like we have “add note and set status”. We move tickets about to agents and add a note to say what we want that agent to do, I have to add note click update, then make sure to remember to click update ticket as well. It’s just multiple clicks to do something quite simple. We’d like to set the category and agent, then type the note and click “add note and update ticket”. Thanks
