Release Notes - 24 January 2019

Bug Fixes:

  • Freshworks Login: Users with multiple accounts were being incorrectly redirected to the login page instead of the agent portal, even though they were logged in using the active browser. This has now been fixed.

  • Apps: AWS Cloudwatch integration wasn’t working earlier which is now fixed. 

  • Workflow Automator: Users were not able to Add/Edit the workflow when the user language was French. This is now been fixed.  

  • Service Catalog: The order in which the child items of a bundle were fetched in the support portal was not reflected in the configured order. This is now been fixed.
