While evaluating both Freshdesk and Freshservice for our company, one of the features we found really helpful in Freshdesk is the Table View for Ticket Views.
Unfortunately, Table View is not available in Freshservice. As we decided that Freshservice was better for our company in the end, it would be great to see this feature brought over from Freshdesk. (Including its ability to choose which headers/columns appear in the table view.)

A lot of people in my organisation agree, and it's a crime you can't see agent group from the ticket view!
