Viewing current and historical changes on customer support portals

Currently customers are only able to view open and historical tickets.

We need the functionality for our customers to view all open and historical changes for their companies in their own portals also

its strange that the change section of Fresh does not work on the same technique as Inc and SR. the statement of Fresh; Changes are an internal IT process, no customer has to view or submit these is a kind of medieval, we work with product owners for certain tooling and applications and these persons should be able to see the changes they submitted and perhaps submit changes direct from the customer portal as well.

not to mention, the lack of communication options within changes is like going back to 15 years in time as it comes to tooling.
