Organizations using Jamf Pro and Freshservice can now sync their macOS, iOS and tvOS devices that are managed in Jamf Pro to Freshservice asset management. This will allow organizations to manage the lifecycle of all their apple devices in Freshservice and provide agents the information they need to perform their service desk operations efficiently.
This app will also eliminate the need for separate discovery tools for device management and asset management purposes.
Any plans for KACE Endpoint Systems Management by Quest?
Jamf Pro Cloud Edition only.
I am an On-Premises user of Jamf Pro - refuses to work due to it failing with an "invalid Jamf domain"
This is great however cloud only... as Stephen said.
Any plans to support on-prem users?
Hi Stephen & John, can you please whitelist the app IP 184.108.40.206 and then try installing the Jamf app again? If you are still facing any issues, please do drop in an email at email@example.com.
Hey - that helped.
It is pulling in data now...
We are on premise for anyone else seeing this.
Thank you Sudipta
We have the app installed and it did a one-time sync, but hasn't updated the assets since then. How do we get regular updates from Jamf?
