Priority Colors and Legend

Could the *small* priority colors on the left sides of tickets be made bigger and possibly take up the whole left side white column so that they are more easily visible. Also possibly add a legend for what color means what priority in the top white bar where the ticket filters view is located.


The current way this is setup is extremely difficult to see and use and most agents in my ticketing system do not even know that the colors correspond to priorities.
