all the tickets I forward from my email account are marked as spam


since day one, all the emails I forward to the support inbox are marked as spam. 

Is there a way to avoid this?

please help!


Hello Iang,

Can you check if your email address is listed as a deleted contact in the helpdesk? By default, all emails from the deleted contact will get moved to the spam folder in Freshdesk.


Hi, I have the same problem. All of my emails I send out of Freshsales are going to spam. Where can I find the 'deleted' contacts to check if it is the same issue as reported in this thread. 


my checking account was over drawn  be cause you remove 5.00/04/19/2019

I have some problem. All tickets raised by email marked as spam :(
