We enjoy using FreshService but do not have enough options to do timesheet reporting. I have to manually send out. The Timesheet reports also only show tickets, not problems, releases or changes.

Totally agree this must be added! @PaulK please upvote my feature request which aligns so we can get this added to product roadmap
