Custom Fields per Incident Template

I would like to create incident templates for different types of requests and have different fields available based on the template.  Here are some rough examples.


Template = New PC Request.  This request would have fields such as (User gettign PC and # of monitors needed)


Whereas


Template = New User Setup.  This request would have fields such as (Department, Security Group(s) access, Assigned PC, Manager)


I don't want the custom fields showing up in both templates, it would be nice to be able to customize the templates to include just the fields needed for that template.
