It would be extremely helpful to report on project progress from the reporting module or even have the ability to extract tasks and associated information directly from the projects module.
This is a good start and would be a valuable addition to the other functionality in Freshservice. However, without the ability to report on and extract your project data it is useless!
I agree, the system needs at least some basic reporting, even better would be integration with MS Project or the like to provide Gantt Charts, Resource Allocations etc... and have that data all reportable in both Management Level Traffic Light Reports as well as detailed project and Program reporting... This would ultimately let me manage the entire IT department in a single application...
We'd like to be able to print out a progress report as well on projects. We have extremely high hopes for the project management module especially since it's a premium add on for us!
Any progress on this feature request? Would love to see some basic reporting information or at the very least, allow a dashboard/report capability for customers to view project status.

Exporting tracked time against tasks to .csv is a useful start but why can't we report from within Freshservice on this stuff?
