Notification Center - a New Way to Stay on Top of Your Tickets

Receiving notifications at the right time helps a great deal in keeping track of the tickets, approval requests, etc. The Notification Center in Freshservice allows you to configure and manage in-app and desktop notifications. 

With Notification Center, you can: 

- Enable/Disable desktop notifications

- Configure notification preferences

- Manage sounds for desktop notifications.

What does this mean?

You will have complete control on what needs to be displayed as an in-app notification.

Include options to be notified of Tasks also ...

  • New Task assigned to me
  • New Task assigned to my group (but no agent)

Seems like in-app notifications include everything but Tasks, which are the easiest to lose track of in the UX.


I just checked the Settings > Notifications in my mobile app and see no options for Task notifications there either. Please add to my request above.
