How to forward only the alias (eg. info@mycompany.com) ?


I am new to Freshdesk.  Trying to set up an auto forwarding rule.  I use G Suites.  How do I forward only the emails sent to my alias (info@mycompany.com), and not the emails sent to my actual email address? (eg. myname@mycompany.com)?
