Hello I would like to see sub-groups. For example we have IT Help Desk, then region. I would like to be able to assign the group view of region but also overall help desk.
I know I can do this today but the problem is when I ask a customer to create a ticket on the portal they can see all groups.
So can we have sub groups OR a way to remove visibility of a group to users in the portal.
Hate to dig up a 3 year old ticket, but is it still possible to make sub groups for agent groups?
