Ability for manager to remove survey feedback

We just had an incident where a end user put average feedback as a joke response but wanted to edit it after.

However after discussing with Freshservice chat support it appears you can't do this.

I am requesting some form of feature to allow the customer or a designated manager to be able to edit or delete survey feedback.
