06th July 2017 – Bug fixes and Enhancements


  • Dynamic form sections are now available for Incident template on all paid plans (Blossom and above)
  • Usage type field is now available in asset filters and bulk update to allow easy handling of Loaner device. This field has also been made non-mandatory by default.
  • The custom fields types for service item forms have been moved from the right side to the top of the form area, similar to that of incident templates forms. 

Bug Fixes

  • Display issues in the Agent scan list, Google and Yammer user import pages have been fixed
  • Fixed an issue where AWS region in asset list view was shown as number instead of region name
