Would be very helpful to be able to add private notes when tickets with certain conditions come in, to provide a prompt or link to solution/website/software that the agent will need to resolve. This can be done with Observer, so why is Supervisor and Dispatcher different?
This feature would also solve many of our needs. Because the activity log fails to capture many events, adding a private note would be a suitable workaround.

Hey everyone, we do have the ability to add a private note using the workflow automator. I do see the value of having it as an action for the supervisor and this enhancement is already on our backlog . We will let you know once we're ready to pick it up.
