7th June 2017 – Custom fields for requester departments

In order to provide additional context to agents regarding an incident or service request from a particular department, Freshservice has introduced custom department fields that provide increased flexibility and customization.

 

What does it mean?


 The department fields would provide:

  • Additional information for an agent while handing tickets.

  • More flexibility for an admin while organizing departments.

 

How does it work?
