There seems to be a problem with this system that started a few hours ago, it's not receiving e-mails for new ticket submissions. Can someone check into this?

Since AWS instances are facing downtime, we are facing issues with E-mail, Attachment. Our Engineering team is monitoring the status and we will keep you posted once this has been fixed.
We are having the same issue here. Would the Freshservice team normally notify us of downtime like this, or would we reach out first to report an issue?

Also, on a side note, AWS has confirmed that the issue has been fixed and all emails that were queued would have started to deliver to your portal.

Not sure if this is related to the problem yesterday, but another issue I noticed that's been happening lately is when a user replies to a reply that we submit through the system, some of these are generating new tickets instead of appending to the original ticket.
