The time sheet report is not very usable out of the box. To get the full picture, the time sheet report needs to be run for Tickets, Problems and Changes.
The three resultant exports need to be manipulated in Excel to get the full picture for the day, which is wasteful of time.
If, when editing the critera for the time sheet report, the MODULE field was changed from a pick-list to multiple tick boxes, the user could extract data from one or more module.
It would be a real benefit to be able to run a report on each persons full interractions on a daily basis.
