It would be nice if we were able to disable all notifications in Problem. For now, we can only deactivate the creation notification
Yes, this would be great. Usually we reply to each incident related to the problem and let users know it is resolved (for them). If, for example, we've had to rebuild a server but moved services in the meantime, then it confuses users when the server is rebuilt and they get a notification that the problem has been closed days after their issues has gone away.
Please, please, please can we have this? At present we are not using Problems at all due to not being able to control what communications are sent to the users.
It would be ideal if we could do a custom reply to all users who have raised Incidents that relate to a problem, this would be way more useful than a confusing, automated, non-personalised response.
