We need the Ability to Edit Email Notifications Template for Agent Private Note.
Right now it's defaulted to this ugly looking email with too much spacing in between.

Let's them change the answer also in a private note!!!
To make things clear. If a agent add a private note send to other agent and he reply on the email he received a public note will be added to the ticket. And so the requester will see both answers of the reply.
