I love being able to tie a bug to an incident, but sometimes a bug results in 15+ tickets. We turn these all into a single Problem record so we can track them together, and it would be really nice to be able to tie that Problem to the bug instead of 15+ tickets.
I'm sure this applies to any other app that ties into the tickets.
We have seen similar requests from other customers too. We are planning a Jira enhancement soon but I don't have an exact ETA.
