I would like to see dispatch'r have access to change more fields and have access to data in custom fields. For instance, when creating a new request for a New Hire, I would like to rename the subject of the ticket to append the name of the employee, which I collect in a customer field. I can think of a few other scenarios where this might be helpful.
You can do this by setting up a catalog item and asking for the pertinent info there. There is a new subject builder that will allow you to build the subject of the ticket the way you are describing.
