I would like to see the ticket overview auto-refresh, as new tickets come in you don't know about them until you hit F5 and also ticket updates are also not known.

The entire page shouldn't refresh, only the new tickets should be pushed into the list of tickets. You're welcome to 'like' my request. More likes = faster implementation ;-)
In our organization, we have email notifications enabled to alert us when a new ticket is placed. That being said, we still have to manually refresh the page to see the details of the ticket. It would be extremely helpful (and time saving) if this feature could be implemented.
