After the approval process when we export the tickets; there is no details about the approver; this is a much needed feature. Since the exported tickets doesn't have the details; we are having issues during the audit process; we are not able to explain to the auditors about this Freshservice limitation. I request you to add this feature asap.

Having the same issue.. Surprising to see that the topic was raised 5 years ago, continuing until one month ago, and no response from the FreshService team. Kind of dissappointing.

Same on this end.  Currently, the comments included to the approver resides only in the email that was sent out to the approver.

We need to be able to capture the request in the ticket history.

This is especially important where there are multiple approval requests in one ticket.  You currently can't see who was requested what.

This is imperative for us, would be great to get some feedback from FreshService if this is on their roadmap.

Also, there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to see what the approval request contained. You can see if it's been approved, but there's no audit trail for what was actually sent in the approval request.
