We'd like to be able to have multiple Prime Users for a Department so that there can be multiple Requestors who can monitor incidents for their team. I tried to add more than one and it wouldn't let me. Is there currently any way to achieve that?
Yes, please. This is limiting us. It's the little things!
Agreed, we are struggling with repeat calls when a Major Incident happens, no single way to add more impacted users to the incident to help keep communication unified and everyone updated togeather.
