We are supporting a multilingual organization (mainly Dutch, French and English). Our users (and management) demand all of their tools in their native language.
We have currently selected English as the default language in the settings but when users need to log on or approve or reject a service request their freshservice page is in English.
I have already covered the logon page using single sign on but the approval page remains a big problem.
I understand that the approval link should not require a logon and I really like this. This should not change. But the default portal language should first look at the browser language and display in this language.
