I would be more interested in knowing, if there is a integration between freshdesk and xero, is the reverse also possible, i. e. Sending a xero invoice to freshdesk to create a ticket. The workflow we want to automate is this - when a purchase order is processed and invoiced, a product implementation ticket needs to be created and an internal ticket raised to support team.
