Currently we have the option of exporting 'tickets', 'problems', 'changes', 'CMDB'. Can this feature be extended to 'Solutions' as well. We have posted a lot of solutions in Fresh Service and it will be easier if we export or a similar feature rather than saving the solutions individually as PDF's.

You can export the solutions using the Account Export feature inside the Admin > Accounts section. The download link for the exported file will be sent to the primary contact of the account and the file will be in the XML format.
How can you import from XML? I exported the data from freshdesk, and now I want to import it into freshservice?
