When going the documentation for Freshdesk I see that freshplugs should be enabled in the sprout plan, but in Freshservice documentation there is no info on which plans this feature is enabled for.

I don't use use Freshservice but in Freshdesk there should be a tab for Freshplugs.

Hi Michael (Ron). The feature, in Freshservice, is available only from Blossom onwards. You can upgrade your account from Admin> Plans & Billing.
