Could I request a simple button within a call that you can click is a user is following up/chasing a call that can then be kept a tally of and reported on.

Hi Craig, you can add a custom widget in the ticket's detailed view using FreshPlugs.
To begin with, add a custom field in the ticket form that keeps a count of the follow ups, from Admin> Field Templates. Then add the FreshPlug that updates the value of this field every time an agent clicks on the button in the widget.
We're working on custom reports in Freshservice to include all types of custom fields. We'll keep you posted on that.
