Could you please look at renaming the Department field to "Requestor's Department" for agents. It's creating some confusion.
Yes! I think our agents are setting the department to "Information Technology" because they're interpreting it as what department they are in. This can start to get tricky when it comes to service catalog and knowledge base visibility for different departments.
This would be a good change. The field label is not specific, and we have the same issue.
L ikewise this is causing confusion for our Agents. Our preference would be to move the field into the Requester Info which would appear to be a more intuitive home for it. It's not just the label but the location beside the Agent and Group fields that confuses.
