Apply scenario automation to multiple tickets

From the Tickets overview, be able to select multiple tickets, and then apply a scenario automation to them. 


Several tickets get raised due to a major fault, rather than replying to each one, or going into each ticket to do the scenario automation, you can just select the tickets and from the toolbar, select a Scenario Automation.
