Hello! I've noticed that if an agent responds to a Problem, Change, or Release note via email, the note is successfully added to the record. However, it doesn't seem to notify the assigned agent that a new note has been added. The assigned agent has to manually check on their Problems/Changes/Releases to see if there have been any new notes added. (Or, the agent entering a note via email has to CC the agent's email address. Either way, not ideal.)
Also, in trying to figure out a workaround for this, I discovered that there is no way to create an Observer rule (for Problem/Change/Release) where the trigger is "new note is entered". Could that be added?
